I received my Master's degree in Counseling from George Fox University in Portland, OR, and a Bachelor’s degree from Vanguard University in Southern California. My training has been in both individual and couples counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Oregon. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. Some of my areas of focus include, but are not limited to: adolescents, marriage and family issues, relationships, self-esteem, women’s issues, life transition, depression, anxiety, trust issues, PTSD, grief and Faith/Spirituality issues. I am also certified to administer the Prepare and Enrich assessment. My background is in church ministry where I worked with children and families as a licensed minister for seven years.
In January 2011 I joined Christian Counseling Centers of OR and WA as an associate counselor. This had been a dream of mine since starting my journey to become a counselor. I love the opportunity to partner with churches and integrate psychology and faith in my work to see people find wholeness and redemption in their lives.
Originally from Southern California, I enjoy living in the Northwest and exploring its beauty. I enjoy being a wife, mom and spending quality time with my little family and our fun loving basset hound companions.
